Design and engineering, in one studio.
Pivot & Anchor is a design and engineering studio. Most studios that design well hand the engineering to someone else, and most teams that engineer well were never going to design it. We do both in-house, and it shows up in what we can take on: a name, the product it goes on, and the system running underneath, built together rather than handed between two companies.
Pivot, and anchor.
Pivot is knowing when to change direction. Anchor is the part that doesn't move: the standard of the work. You need both. Most teams need both natures and have only one; we built the studio because we had both.
There are two of us.
The studio is two founders, friends for sixteen years, working two minutes apart. One of us pivots, chasing the next idea. The other anchors, holding the foundations.

The system running underneath, and what happens to it after launch. Sai Ram builds what the design promises and stays with it once the thing is live.
