We sit with your team and see how the orders, the quotes and the calls are handled today. That becomes a written account of what the system has to do, in your words.

We check it holds, then we put it in writing.
We test whether it can be built, and whether it is worth what it costs your business. If it holds, you get a written scope, a date and the terms before any code. If it does not, we say so.

We keep working until it works.
You hear from us while we build. When it is live we keep working within the agreed scope, with no cap on revisions, until you are satisfied. That is Pivotal Service, our guarantee.
