AI Workflow

An AI workflow is a defined business process where AI models execute or assist with specific steps, with human review at the points that matter.

Definition

An AI workflow combines a model (or several) with rules, data sources, and human checkpoints to complete a recurring task end-to-end. It is narrower than a general assistant and broader than a single prompt: it owns one job, like triaging support tickets or drafting outbound emails, and runs on a schedule or trigger.

Why it matters for your business

Workflows are where AI stops being a demo and starts saving payroll hours. A finance team that spends 80 hours a month reconciling invoices does not need a chatbot; it needs a workflow that ingests the invoices, matches them, and queues the exceptions for a human. That is the difference between curiosity and ROI.

How we apply it

We scope one workflow at a time, instrument it before we automate it, and put a human in the loop on every step where a wrong answer costs more than a right one saves. The first version is live in 14 days. We measure hours saved against a baseline, not vibes.
